4.5 Pro - PC version prone to crashing?

I see in the Mac section that quite a few people have problems with 4.5 Pro crashing randomly. I have yet to install it.... so was put off

Does the PC version behave like this also? Is it so bad as to be worth waiting for an update?

I have been using it since it's released, and had one crash. I tried pretty much all function.

Mine crashes after making adjustments to more than two pictures... useless, I'm back to 3.7.8
