    Eduardo,

    If you have tried the re-installation (and a system re-boot as well as a C1 restart?) I would suggest creating a Support Case and getting the Support team to check what the log file(s) can tell them.

    It sound odd. Probably easy to fix if you can just find out what you need to do.

    Yes, I've restarted and reinstalled and the problem is still there, so I'll follow your advice and open a support ticket.

    What version did you re-install?
    This warning usually appears if there's a version mismatch. Always install the latest version of CO.

    I would like to suggest to always uninstall your previous version of CO8 before installing the newer version.

    I uninstalled everything. Problem is still the same.

    OK. Problem was with msvcp120.dll.
    I copied it from another computer.
