error message upon exiting C1 LE

why do i keep getting an error message every time i exit C1 LE?

\"Microsoft encountered a problem while shutting down...\" then it asks me if i want to report the error to microsoft.

anyone else getting this problem?

i reduced my preview cache to 8 days.

  I'll assume you refer to the Preference setting of cleaning cache every 8 days. If you set your Preference at Preview Cache to Never, will you get the error? There seems to be a file conflict somewhere.
  If the default locations on local C: are used for RAW images and the Preview cache, and Permissions are correct for accessing the files, this should not be happening. I suggest a cleaning and Defrag of your system hard drive.
  
  A final fix if it still has problems is a complete Uninstall and Reinstll of the software following Knowledge Base article #1665
