I have Canon and Sony. Do I need two licenses? One for Capture One Pro and Capture One (Sony) Pro?

    Your Sony version of the software cannot deal with the Canon files. But the full version of C1 Pro will deal with files from all supported cameras including Canon and Sony, so you only need one version of the software.

    I did a factory reset on my computer. And I downloaded the Capture one software again, but Lasense Key gives me an error. The message I see says you have to deactivate a device, how do I do that?

    Log in to your account.

    Select "License Management".

    Deactivation should be possible once you have the existing License(s) and Activations visible.
