Capture One 10 Unable to process Canon 5D Mk III Files

    It sounds like you may be running CaptureOne in DB mode. DB Will only work with PhaseOne camera camera backs.

    You should be able to tell by looking at 'Help'->'About'. It should say 'Capture One Pro' in version information. If it says something like 'Capture One DB' then you are operating in DB mode and you will need to de-activate Capture One and re-activate using your Capture One Pro product key.

    same to me, but i use the pro version..... ☹️
    there is no phone support and i´m on a 13 days production. disabled OpenCL, did a new seassion etc. but it still did not process my files. It´s a huge mess of C1

    how much did i payed for CaptureOne 10??? .....

    yes - i worked on a timemachine backup, so i deleted every phase one file and installed C1 10 again. now it works. so maybe it was the license but deactivate and activate was not the solution.
