Saving color changes in file

I have been trying to save to file some raw photos changed to jpegs that were corrected and or changed with the basic color editor in my express 7 with no luck. If one is able to be saved it, it is in black and white without any of my color changes saved. I have read the menu on color correction for the basic several times. Some times a warning will open and advise me that the file location will not be found by Capture 1 if used.
Can anyone advise on what maybe the problem.

  Not beyond the suggestion of creating a support case. Not sure the specifics of your workflow but it sounds a bit atypical so some direct examples and details would be helpful.
