Canon 5D Raw files underexposed by 2 stops from Card import
Hi Everyone,
Could someone explain to me why all my canon 5D raw files shot on CF Card always look two stops underexposed when imported to Capture One Pro 3.7.7. When you look at the images on the back of camera, they look great and the histogram data look great as well.

Have you looked at he same files in other software or even preview? If your only comparing them to the camera LCD that might be part of the problem. You cannot trust this screen for exposure. I've never seen a 2 stop difference though. There may be something else going on too 0 -
Hi Brian,
Thank you for reply, I have also checked the same files in Photoshop CS2 and the Canon Software which comes with camera and they look right, but compare the same images with capture one pro 3.7.7 there is a big big difference. I run a two 23inch Apple LCD screens on Apple G4. Any advice would be helpful.
