undo
after about 1-12 actions the undo reverts to a file selection or rating change. i have been to busy to isolate this problem but with the most recent update, my undo selection doesn't work. basically for a few actions command-z or the menu selection for undo work... but after that i cannot step back or forward. if i press command-z after the random moment, it doesn't change a file but like moves back to the very beginning of my session always a file selection. i asked c1 support but they were actively dismissive. i reinstalled. i deleted all the preferences. i re-re-installed. nothing helps. this makes c1 so unusable that i am probably going to switch back to lightroom. what a waste of time and money C1 has been

I've not been able to reproduce the problem, but I've seen something similar. At some point of time undo gets stuck. New actions are not put onto the undo stack. Undo will always undo the event were it got "stuck", even though I've edited many images with many edit steps each since that point in time.
Next time it happens I'll do a screen capture and send it off to Capture One support. I'm learning that without visual proof of something obviously wrong support won't do much more than tell me to re-install the software.

Yes undo is also not working and reverts to "undo selection" without undoing whatever setting I have just adjusted.
I am also getting multiple crashes a day on a Mac well and truly powerful enough to handle Capture One 20.
This started with Capture One 20 and the upgrade has failed to make a difference.

I'm having the same bug. It was fine before in 13.0.x but showed up in 13.1.x. Super frustrating to lose undo!

Trevor-
I deleted all of my preferences and the app, then installed the 13.1.1 update that was just released. That seems to be working for at least 24 hours.
I lost all my custom keyboard shortcut, workspaces, styles, presets, etc. but worthwhile to get back the undo.

FWIW the 3 or 4 times it has happened to me all I needed to do to get undo working again was to quit then re-launch Capture One.
