no Support and no answer for MP 1.5
Hallo Phase One, sorry for this disappointment.
i am not resaving from you any moor answers or Supports to my issue in MP 1.5.
the functionality in Mp 1.5 is still buggy and dont works well with C1 as usually do , for one example i was triaing yesterday to edit some old EXif files for RAW and Jpegs pictures but with no success. Mp 1.5 dont support that, i must install the old Aperture to do this simple jobs, written Metadata and sending it to C1 is very laboriously, updating the thumbnail from C1 don’t works, etc……
way you are not showing us new Webinars about using Mp 1.5
I don’t see no benefit now for using ore calling this Program as “ PRO†!
with this software my patient is now at the end, i am asking you kindly again , if there are any kind of interest for fixing this software to us .

you will not get a response from Phase one.....they do not care about you, me or Media Pro. All they want is to cannibalize media pro to integrate it into their camera software.
They don't seem very competent with software development and they damn sure don't care about our needs.

we are not demonstrating against Phase One ore making there Image Softwares hier damaged !
we are telling the Truth ! and trying to give some feedbacks how we fell by using there Softwares ....
they can do what they want to do ..there are bunches of critique reported about my issue on the holly Web.
if they want to seal product they must read and accept Critique.
i still say there are the owners and the developers here ! and they have the right to close this Forum when they like..
again i say thank you Phase One for hearing my critique an disappointment in this Forum.0 -
If you think they are rude; if you think they do a bad job writing software; if you think they don't take you serious; then why on earth are you here? Just move on and switch to other software. Stop moaning and venting all your negativity.
PhaseOne didn't tell you to use their software; you have chosen to use the software. You've got options; use them.0 -

I'm bringing a lot of experience too and i'm helping out other visitors on this forum where i can. I'm not 'moaning' either but phase one is very sensitive for critique. They never do something with it and they never communicate their progress or status on development. That is very frustrating for users of their software but when those people express themselfes, these topics are removed.
My last posting for example was removed. The only thing i wrote there was my leaving.0 -

yes i agree with you and i moved to ACDsee pro , a High Nose unbelievable people are working for Phase one in this Forum,
