color management - on & off (C1 LE & PRO)

Is there a way to turn-off color management for outputs using either C1 LE or PRO ?
I see there's an icon to turn-off color management so you can see on-screen how it looks with & without color management but does this really turn off color management on the output file ?
I need to put off color management so I can make a profile basing on the target w/c would be processed to TIFF without color management ? I see this feature on RSE 1.1.3 , is this available on C1 softwares ?

  You can not turn colour managment completely.
  However if you set Processing to \"Embedd camera profile\" no workspace will be added.
  Then set your camera profile to Phase One - No color correction which is a profile which does not do any corrections to the RAW file.

  So what do you mean by not completely turning off C.Management ? So does embed camera profile uses camera colors from the sensor when you choose option to embed camera profile ? If so, this would be good for specific camera profile creation purposes right (irregardless of camera brand & camera profiler use)?
  
  Under settings on LE do you choose camera product as Phase One & which specific phase one camera do we choose? If camera product chosen is Canon (my camera is canon) I cannot locate choose Phase One profile (no color correction) w/c does not color manage output (if chosen embed camera profile). Is this feature you are talking about available on LE ?
