Problem viewing meta data in 4.6

Downloaded and installed 4.6 on my Win XP system. Seems to work fine except that when I click on the "I" Metadata tool, the space below it is totally blank, no info.

I have a text display below in the main view window, below the image that gives me Focal length, F stop an sh speed, but I like to see more, ISO, EV, flash data, etc.

I have two cameras Canon 5D and 5DII but I cannot see the details metadata for either of them.

Something I have set wrong or a problem with the program?

  To the left of "METADATA" title there is a small triangle.

  I don't have a metadata title. With all other functions ( color, lens, etc) there is a title bar and the little triangle is there. But when I click the circle with the "I" in it, there is no title bar, nothing.

  After clicking the circle with an I... Keeping mouse pointer on the blank area - Have you tried clicking the right mouse button...then choose metadata ?
