Saving as .temp files
Hi,
I have captureone 3.79 and when we take a shot the software is saving the files in capture on folder as .temp files ? i have reinstalled the software 3 times but its still doing the same thing. The pictures don't appear in captureon but if the change the format from .temp to CR2 it's fine ?
Please help ?

It looks like the tethered operation with your Canon is not working properly. The file is received completely but the final rename not done (it is an assumption that the image is stored as .temp first and renamed later; I have no option to reproduce the setup). 0
