Importing in IPTC data made in Expression Media to Media Pro

Apologies if I have asked this already, but when I went into my user control panel, it showed I have made no posts, so am not sure if I actually asked this already, or if my question got lost in the shuffle, so I will try again.

I have been using expression media, and had saved metadata templates of my most common metadata of keywords places etc within this app to save me retyping it in each time for similar photos. I also saved these data sets as IPTC data files and Adobe XMP files

Is there a way to bring these data sets I made in expression media into media pro? it would be very nice if I could do this since it would save me having to retype these all over again, I have just recently cone across a few hundred photos that I want to add meta data to, and would like to be able to just plug in my data sets I made in expression media and not have to start all over again typing them up and saving them as templates again within the media pro app.
