Preview Generation changes the images original Capture Color

Just as I select a new folder containing my CR2 files the contrast and saturation and all those in-Camera settings I made are visible in the thumbnails but once the Preview is generated the pictures each go back to all neutral. Is there a way to stop this or revert to the in-Camera version?

I've tried to scour the manuals, but couldn't find anything. Let me know, Thanks.

  These in-camera settings are applied to in-camera processed images or when you capture JPEGs. These data are not read by program since it works strictly with RAW image data.
  When caputuring RAW image files, Contrast and Saturation are set in Capture One using the sliders at the Exposure tab.
