Capture One V7, OSX 10.8.2, Tethered 1DX

I've been testing this all night and when I try and tether my Canon 1DX to Capture One V7 unfortunately it is back to the old frustrating problem of the "trying to attach camera...." dialog box. Or CO freezes and has to be force quit.
The good news - if you copy the files from the latest Canon EOS Utility for Mountain Lion into the relevant folder in the Capture One application (see the Paul E solution in post viewtopic.php?f=40&t=12926) it works again!
So I can now successfully tether my Canon 1DX into CO Pro v7 on Mountain Lion 10.8.2.
It works whether I boot up Capture One with the camera turned off at first and also with the camera already on before booting. Either way, after a second or two, Capture One recognises the camera and I can shoot, adjust the shutter, lens aperture, ISO from the Capture One menu and the Canon 1DX instantly responds with the changes.
Hopefully the next update to V7.1 will include those important Canon EOS Utility files.

Capture One 7 will have this support by default shortly after Canon releases the SDK 😉
And yes, a BIG thanks to Paul for finding such a wonderful solution!0
