C1 version 9.3
I received mail from Capture One's Blog notification that version 9.3 was released; however, in preferences, updates, nothing is signaled; When I download 9.3 from the mail, it asks for my codes and then says I have to take out a new subscription.... Anyone getting the same problem ?

Download from website is usually a couple of hours ahead of the preferences in CO.
It installed just fine here, automatically re-using the existing license.

No problem on my 2 Macs—the same license info was accepted. I've got perpetual licenses, though, and you mentioned subscriptions. Things may work differently if you're on subscriptions. 0 -
Bizarre... I'm in France and in Capture One updates it says that 2.9.1 is the latest update available... I have a perpetual license as well... I guess I'll wait a couple of days and try again and report here. Cheers, Marc 0 -
I have downloaded Capture One 9.3 from the link on the notification email which Phase One sent me. It went straight on without any drama.
I am most impressed to see that it now has lens support for the Olympus M.Zuiko 14-150mm 1:4-5.6 II, which is rapidly becoming my favourite travelling lens.
Thanks guys! 😄0 -

Marc,
It usually takes a day or so for the Auto check, even if run manually, to become fully active. Probably require a successful overnight update process on the server. A slight delay may also help to spread the download load in the some parts of the world.
Either way it hardly matters in practical terms once you know the latest version exists and you have identified that you are happy to install it.
HTH.
