Where is the 'view original' button?

I've been doing
- right click
- new variant
- select two files
- then multi view
- deselect the other, select the edit again and continue editing

to compare the original and the new edits, but this takes too many steps and time. Maybe I'm missing something... does anyone know where to find some kind of one-click before/after button?

  This function does not exist, the comparison is made with the original (F2) or a copy of the edited image (F3) ☹️

  That is the correct method in Capture One for viewing the Original against the edited RAW file.

  ☹️ that is counter productive to my workflow ☹️ coming from aperture & LR. Managing a large set of shots like weddings won't be fun with c1 since we compare lot when it comes to white balance and exposure ...
  
  Are there any plans for this feature to be added in the future versions?
