Fullscreen - keep browser hidden & tools showing
Hi, I like to work on my photos in fullscreen mode (less distractions). When in fullscreen mode, I hide the browser and show tools panel. But every time I switch to fullscreen mode, these settings (browser hidden, tools showing) reset so I have to manual hide/show them every time, which is very annoying! How do I make CO7 remember my preferred fullscreen choices (this wasn't a problem in CO6)?
Many thanks,
M

Sorry but this is not possible as the "Full Screen" option adhere's to Apple standards which do, indeed, hide all tools but the main window. 0 -
I would also like the tools, browser etc to be locked visible in full screen mode.
This can be done in Aperture, why not C1?
The image would of course need to be resized to fit the remaining area and the provision of a simple keyboard shortcut to hide all panels/resize image to full screen would be helpful.

I've not come across any other apps that hide all tools automatically in full screen mode, including Apple's own OSX apps (e.g. Aperture and iPhoto). It would be a very simple to implement; the functionality to remember the user's last visible/hidden tools in fullscreen mode.0 -

Oh how I "love" that phrase… this post was forwarded to the product mangers as a feature request. We'll look into it.0 -
As a program developer myself, I know how easy it would be to implement! 😉 0 -
