4.5, 4.5 Pro and 4.1 also have different noise reduction.
4.5 sacrifices more details for low noise.
4.5 Pro keeps a balance between 4.5 and 4.1. I like 4.5 Pro better.

Is that 4.1 from a JPEG again? Sure looks like it. The DCT of the JPEG compression exacerbates any high frequency color variance (i.e. noise). Comparing noise between a TIFF and an image run through JPEG compression is useless.
Though I do believe the noise reduction between 4.1 and 4.5 has been tuned somewhat.0 -

I tried jpeg output at 100% from 4.5 Pro, the noise pattern seen in the TIFF file still exists.
Again, it's not a problem of JPEG compression.
At 100% zoom, the 4.5 Pro jpeg output looks a lot cleaner.0
