Hi,
Can I use a Mac Capture One LE key to activate Capture One 4 on my Windows Vista PC?

  Depends. Older CO LE licenses are platform specific, newer are cross-platform. See also this thread.
  
  Best to ask Phase One in a support case (to open from their web site) to be sure.
