cropping info and CO6.3.2
How do I crop an image so that the crop is pre-set, so that I get an 8x10 crop (for instance), regardless of how large or small I pull the cursor crop marks around the image? Currently, it is set up for an 8x10 RATIO but it could actually be cropped to 6.76in x 8.45in. If I pull the crop guide marks out further, it becomes an 11.66in x 14.58in image. That is still an 8x10 RATIO but not an 8x10 image. How can I set the same cropper to give me a 4x5/300dpi colored JPEG, a 4x5/300dpi colored TIFF, an 8x10/300dpi colored TIFF, a 16x20/300dpi Black & White TIFF and a 16x20/300dpi colored TIFF final images, at the same time... one process procedure, one cropping action but multiple image sizes and file formats and treatments output at the same time?

You set up a seperate process recipe for each output. You crop to the correct aspect ratio then select the output recipes you want to print to.
You create a seperate recipe for each different output:
For example to create a recipe for 8x10 TIFF, 300 DPI set the Format to TIF, set your profile, Set Resolution to 300, Scale To Size, size is 10x10 inches (so longest size always outputs to 10", short size will go to 8").
WHen you go to output just select which recipes you want to out put to.0 -
