Nikon D2X Tethered shooting.

Just wanted to know if anyone has heard if the D2X Nikon will work tethered with the Capture One Pro ver 3.7.3

Sofar I can only see that it works with Canon. Any chances of a newer version that will support the D2X tethered?

  Robert,
  
  True - Only the Canon EOS cameras can tether directly into Capture One PRO.
  You can however tether indirectly using the Nikon Capture software.

  I suggest you make a Feature Request throught Help > Technical Feedback... with enough requests, Nikon could become the next cameras with direct tether capabilities.

  Hello;
  
  I also would love to have the capability to shoot the Nikon (D2X) tethered with C1 Pro. I have read several times before on this forum that Nikon refuses to release proprietary information to Phase One which would allow tethering.
  
  As I understand it's not an issue with Phase One but an issue with Nikon.

  This has been true, where we could not even read the white balance since Nikon started to encrypt this in the file.
  
  Nikon is turning around and becoming nicer and nicer everyday 😄
  In Capture One 3.7.3 we do support white balance from the cameras which has this encrypted like the D2x, D2Hs, D70s.
  
  Next step will be tethered support which we are looking in to / working on. Hopefully Nikon will be nice to us when this is a step which requires us to utilize Nikon components.

  Thanks for the Nkkon update. It is nice to hear that Nikon's attitude is improving. Hopefully tethered shooting will be possible in a future version of C1 Pro.

  Thank you to all that have replyed to my posting. I appreciate it, and I guess that I will keep using the \"NIKON CAPTURE CONTROL\" software for the time beeing, and maybe soon \"CAPTURE ONE PRO\" will be available with this feature.

  I can now shoot through Nikon Capture Control and have the Thumbnails appear in CaptureOne Pro. The only issue is the big preview does not work unless I click on the thumbnail. Is there a workaround for the preview to view as I shoot?

  Preferences > Miscellaneous > Enable Hotfolder should make this work.

  I am currently using my Canon 1Ds tethered to C1...it is awesome!
