Corrupt Files
I have one folder of files that seem to be corrupted, but the scenario is strange. I saw the images come in, but after restarting C1 the images were no longer readable, not through C1 or through ACR. The files are from an iQ250 back captured tethered into C1 12 on a MacBook Pro. When I look at the info on the file it reads as a Capture One file with the icon and the raw file size being around 45MB. I cannot figure what happened..anyone have any advice?

@Paul_Steunebrink how often do you guys see corrupt raw files via tethering? Do you find the weakest link to be cables? Extenders? Computers?
This is the first time I’ve ever had corrupt files from a phase back so I’m trying to work through this and come up with a plan to try and prevent this from ever happening again.0 -
how can I actually contact someone at capture one to explain my problem concerning corrupt files
