How to Batch frame and Water mark

Hi there
does anyone here know if there is an app where i can edit with and add frames in batch mode and it should just save JPG/Tiff generated by C1

  So far I've been using BorderFx from within Aperture. It's widely customizable and works perfectly for my needs.

  As Aperture is slowly dying I, too, am looking for standalone app.
