Crash
Can't even open the program, tried uninstalling and reinstall it still the same, any idears?

I deleted all of it and re installed like you said and work, My tools changes back to normal, but all my tools presets stayed the same 😊

System details, Normand - OS, RAM, processor, what you were doing at the time of the crash, what message(s)/behaviour results.

You could also provide the Support Team with the LOG files of the software via a support case;

I would send in the support case to PO along with the log file, and the model of the SSD. Let them know also if the program and the RAW files reside on the same aforementioned SSD. I have heard from close friends of mine who have installed SSD in the computers, and have had strange crashes occur.0
