    3. Check your MS .NET Framework installations; remove and install again

    I deleted all of it and re installed like you said and work, My tools changes back to normal, but all my tools presets stayed the same 😊

    System details, Normand - OS, RAM, processor, what you were doing at the time of the crash, what message(s)/behaviour results.

    512 gig ssd drive Cx64 Gigabyte board
    3 tb raid 1 drives D3 tb backup E15tb server Raid 5- f\ back up

    Just couldn't open the program or the seesion, when try to open it just crash.

    I would send in the support case to PO along with the log file, and the model of the SSD. Let them know also if the program and the RAW files reside on the same aforementioned SSD. I have heard from close friends of mine who have installed SSD in the computers, and have had strange crashes occur.
