I'm Stuck with COPro 3.7.1635
hello, i'm quite a newbie
I've been using COPro and iView Media Pro for a wile now, and I'm happy with them.
Now there is around an update 3.7.2 that I think was better than 3.7.18xx
(that crashes oh the G5) , but also 3.7.2 crashes and i have to go back to 3.7.1635.
I tried to delete preferences files, repair disk permissions , but probably i miss the point. Can you help me Please? thank you.
P.S. I've disabled Version Cue 2 since I work only on a single machine, is it worth anything?

Some crashes have been attributable to www.yousoftware. with additonal programs called You control fonts and You control Tunes once disabled the Capture One Software is fine.

But i don't have these kind of softwares installed, (at least i think so, i don't know if they are like spywares or cookies).
i tried to uninstall norton utilities that i'm not using anymore(replaced by disk warrior), so i trashed the norton folder but i'm sure that something is lurking somewhere.
Is there a way to find with activity monitorwhat is not needed anymore?
I'd prefer not to format the HD, so i'll stay with 3.7.1635 loosing the features that 3.7.2 brings in.

The version 3.7.2 feature is the Anti Moire Tool implemented in Capture One PRO and applicable to Hseries and Pseries Phase ONE Digital Backs only.
All I can off is a clean-up of softwares not used and repair permissions before next update later this Fall.
If you continue to have problems after updating, then please make a Support Case from our web site.
