D80 Files Black after iView Media Pro Sync

There appears to be a bug in the interaction between PhaseOne and iViewMedia Pro. I used PhaseOne Pro to download images from my D80, and the appeared file. I then used iViewMedia Pro to add annotations to the NEF files and write them back to the original files. Now CaptureOne thinks the files are all black, but the files are readable by Nikon's Capture NX.

If there was a bug in iViewMedia Pro, then why can Capture NX read them fine?

  What about the RAWs ? Use the Focus Tool to check if Ok.
  May well be that just the Previews and Thumbnails are now Black.
  Move them to Trash and relaunch program and they will build anew.
  
  Let us know what happens.

  Are you on an Intel Mac? The Nikon libraries iView uses to annotate have yet to be updated to UB. In fact no Nikon software is UB. Try setting iView to use Rosetta and re-sync your NEF files.
