Problem with Multiple RGB readouts

Hello and thank you for welcoming me to this forum.
Sorry for my English, but you know the taste of French to foreign languages 🤭 .
My question is, can not display Multiple RGB readouts, I checked Always Show Color Readouts and click in the image but no display. I tested with files Nef, dng, jpg, tiff.
MBP 15, ML 10.8.2, Capture One 7.1

  Check you're Proof Provile (View>Proof Profile>XXX).
  In order to have color readouts you must have a Proof Profile to base these values on.
