How do you Cancel the Subscription?

Does anyone know how to successfully cancel your subscription? I submitted an inquiry via a form to technical support and one for payment issues, with no response. Tech support referred me to the form for payment issues (which I had already one). The site does not make it clear how to cancel.

I ordered the subscription service on 12/5/14, and have been trying to cancel for the past two weeks.

Also, Iâ€™ve logged into my account online, and selected the option â€œDonâ€™t auto-renew.â€ But there are some things that are unclear. First, although Iâ€™ve selected the option â€œDonâ€™t auto-renewâ€ (as shown by the blue dot showing my selection), it still has a big green checkmark next to â€œAuto-Renewâ€ on the right side. (see my screenshot below). Secondly, does this option mean it wonâ€™t auto-renew for the next month, or does it mean it wonâ€™t auto-renew after the next 12 months. If you look at the screenshot, it says I have 11 months left of payments. Iâ€™ll be honest, it feels like the subscription service implementation was rushed in response to Adobe, and shouldnâ€™t have left the beta testing in terms of ease of use to cancel.

I had ordered a free trial - could not seem to find it useful in this time as it was too much to learn.

I was reminded that my free trial was due to end yesterday, immediately tried to end subscription, and couldn’t quite find the Section in my account to end it.

Tried to go to “manage my account” section and “order history” section ... coudnt get in there and it gives me a notification to submit email and says I will get email which will give me steps to access my account management ... this is incredibly ridiculous.

People should be able to cancel easily.

I would be requiring someone to get in touch with me immediately.

I have exactly the same problem! it is not straightforward and due to not being able to cancel I was charged for another month. No contact details, impossible to get in touch and subscription so expensive...ridiculous. Can someone get in touhc with me as well please?
