Crash Reporting Problem
On my Mac Book Pro, when Capture crashes it asked if I want to submit a crash report. I agree and hit the "Submit Report" and the it just sits there. I try to force quit the "Capture One has unexpectedly quit" dialog box, but it isn't an option I can force to quit. So, it just sits there until I restart my computer. I have no idea whether the crash report is actually submitted or not. Until this is fixed, I'm not reporting any crashes, and the program does crash often.

Generating a crash report can take some time. Until it is finished, you can not close the program (the crash report need to maintain the program in it's current halted state to generate the report).
Are you on CO 4.6 already which tends to crash considerably less than 4.5.x?0 -
same problem here, i notice that sometimes when my camera falls asleep after not touching it for a while C1Pro 4.5.2 crashes, i waited three hours and was never able to send in crash report 0 -

Advise to update to 4.6 Pro. Should show fewer or zero crashes.0 -

I'm using 4.6. I don't recall interfering with the "halted state" but, maybe I did. I will let it run, or should I say sit there, without interference from me after the next crash. Hope it was a user error.0 -

Got the crash report error last night... It just sat there... I left it until after dinner, but no luck. If the crash report takes 2 hours to generate on my MBP then the crash report file must be huge!
Anyways... I rebooted the machine... can't wait longer than 2 hours and work needs to get done.0 -

Paul... is the 2gb limit still an issue? I am about to upgrade because the C1v4 is running so slow, and I want to max out my RAM, but maybe this will just worsen the issue?0
