Capture One 11 cannot see Raw files
Using Capture One 11 with High Sierra 10.13.2, when attempting tethered capture: camera fires, but no image appears & get error message "cannot place image ******* in collection". I can see the file in the OS folder, but it does not have an extension.
Have contacted Phase One, no reply as yet.
Went back to Capture 10.2.1 - no problem.
Anyone else encountered this / found a solution?
Thanks.

One basic question.
In which mode are you running C1 and what is the camera?
Full Pro, Pro for Sony or DB?0 -
Full Pro. Canon 5d mk ii 0 -
That sounds odd.
Very odd since V10 works.
Have you already tried a re-install in case something was left incomplete during the installation?
Also, I assume you have checked all the available preferences and settings, restarted C1 a few times and re-booted the Mac just in case.
If so, other than awaiting a reply from Phase (you did use the Support Case system didn't you?) would probably involve hitting something with a hammer but that rarely produces good results when computers are involved ...
Sorry I have nothing else to suggest.

Hi
Thanks for reply.
Yes, tried reinstall after wiping all prefs etc (phase one did get back to me & suggested this - after asking if I’d tried diffferent cable...) / turning on & off / running Onyx...
Error resurfaces on making a new session.
PO suggested setting up new user account, but rather not go down that route - especially as v10 works fine. Might just go back to v10 as 2 days into a location shoot & cannot loose any more time.
Starting to wonder if hammer might not be a bad idea!
