Thanks for posting this. I'll have a look into it further.
If the issue does exist in Capture One 7 (I haven't seen it or specifically tested for it) and you would like a refund you're certainly entitled to one. I think the other version was offered as an immediate workaround in case you had a deadline.

You'll get no denial from me that there are bugs in Capture One 7, we're looking into them as fast as we can.

Not to sound like 'that guy', but I simply do not understand why did you not try the trial before buying?
IME, virtually ALL software has a few or even a lot of bugs with the initial release. Especially if you have a smaller programming team that Phase one/Capture one has. (the word smaller is relative compared to Adobe and maybe DxO)
So far, Capture One v7 is still impressive in many aspects, but not with out some obvious bugs.

Because i normally work well with phase one products, i use to rent their cameras too for my works, i just did not think that ther could be so weird bugs.

For the moment, i will use lightroom and dxo 8 to process my raws, waiting for solutions from c1.

Why use a first version product on critical work. Thats just foolish.

Same thing as taking a camera straight out of the box and go shoot a job without testing it!

Who told you that i used c1 ver 7 for a critical work?

C1 is not in my normal workflow, i was just trying it to see if it was possible to put it in my workflow.

Don't worry Daniel i know hot to manage my pictures.
