All my files are Read Only after most recent update

Ok so here is my work flow, I am on a MacBook Pro running Sierra 10.12.6. I shoot tethered directly to an SSD drive, I do a lot of E-commerce so shooting direct to SSD is a faster process and also does not take up my storage on my MacBook Pro, I updated to the most recent Capture One and all my images became read only on the SSD, but I can still shoot tethered directly to the SSD, I just can't edit anymore. Does anyone know a fix for this please?

  select your drive in the finder goto get info > check - ignore ownership on this volume

  name and extension:
  comments:
  Preview:
  Sharing & Permissions:
  
  and none of those have an option to "ignore ownership" when expanded.

  it is located at the bottom of the information window

  Best option here is to create a tech support case (via the link in my profile) and send us your log files, which can be generated via Scripts > File Packager.
