Error HTTP 417

1 I have only ONE activated CO v9 PRO (purchased)
2 I try to activate in a second computer.
3 I write the serial number (accepted) my email, my password and when the system try to conect with phaseone.com say "Error HTTP 417" and do not let me going on with the activation procedure...

¿Any idea about what is happen?
