Sony Pro Version major bugs

Is anyone else having issues with their Sony Pro version 12? I left off halfway through a session in V11. I updated to 12 today and it imported everything fine but when I zoom in on my image I get the spinning wheel forever. I can still move my image around and change tools but nothing actually works. It's completely unusable. Haven't gotten a response from tech support all day. Just me or others having issues?

  It can be busier then normal at support now, but login regularly to see any progress.
  
  Did you open an existing session or catalog from CO11 or created a new one and imported images into it.?

  Works fine if I start a new session. Not working with the session I updated from v11.2 I'm halfway through my job and didn't want to split it into 2 jobs.I received a response for a work-a-round to open the session up back in v11 unless I wanted to troubleshoot. I haven't heard back since.
