perform processing on single processor?
i have a dual-core processor -- do i want to choose this option under the Process Settings Tab in Preferences?

The dual processing will accelerate processing of all cameras except FUJI S2 and S3.
1. On Dual Core:
to use both cores and get max speed :
Un-tick the \"Perform processing on Single processor\"
Only reason not to remove the tick mark is if an other application must have half of the processing power.
2. On single P4 :
a. If you run in \"emulate dual processor\" mode
you should un-tick the \"Perform processing on Single processor\" preference to get fastest processing of Capture One performance.
b. If you do not run emulated dual processing
Then it doesn't matter what this preference setting is.

is that function for tethered shooting? or image processing, i.e. batch processing? 0 -
This funcion is for processing images which is the most CPU intense. 0
