My apologies to all...

Anyone reading the forums currently knows there's a lot of unhappy campers out there at the moment, me included among them However, I allowed my frustration over previous issues with PO to perhaps cloud my judgment and I'm afraid I became overly aggressive in some of my statements. I was kindly made aware of this by Phase One's Keith Carpenter. I'm not complaning about his intervention at all; quite the contrary. I would like to apologize to anyone I may have offended with my "less than civil" tone, and I would like to specifically apologize to Keith for placing him in the awkward position of havng to rap my knuckles. I was wrong, plain and simple.

Mind you, my position and sentiment remain the same, but my method of communication was clearly out of place, and was not constructive at all.

It would seem after 56 years I would have learned to control my behavior a little better but, alas, I am what I am. Again, my apologies to all.
