C1 using only 50% of my processor

I have C1 6.3.3. My computer is i7980x, 8gb ram, OS Drive is OCZ Vertex 3, my image files are on a OCZ Revo drive.
It seems that C1 has slowed at output recently and only using 50% of my processor when outputting high res JPG files, takes 20mins to process 369 high res JPGs, this has changed I'm sure and I don't know if it's the upgrade or my machine.
I'm pretty certain that previous versions would use all the processing power of my CPU and fly through 800+ images in half an hour, now it's troubled/labouring under load.
My bench marks for my my drives are OS 268mb per second write and 285 read, the Revo which is where the images are coming from and going to is 634 write and 838 read, I don't think it's the drives but is it the upgrade?
I'm hoping someone will have a clue as to what is happening here?

Ah forgot to mention, I'm on a windows 7 64 bit box 0 -

I am curious how does the performance of the "ImgCoreProcess.exe" is on your Windows Task Manager. I am also experiencing this "lag/delay" when I make Web Contact Sheets within the C1PRO 6.3.3.
I am also on Win 7 64-Bit Home Premium SP1
Intel Core i5 750 @ 16 GB DDR3 RAM
nVIDIA GeForce 430
When I notice the unfortunate and inconvenience lag/delay, I am working with CR2 files from my Canon 7D (18 MP). I find that in repeated tests, the ImgCoreProcess.exe takes up to 10 GBs on my system. I have submitted a formal request for P1 Tech to look into this. Could be a possible memory leak as told to me from the reply from Tech Support.0
