Make sure that the batch queue is enabled. You can find the controls in the batch queue tool. That;s the icon that looks like two gears

    Hi Angel,
    Don't go insane!
It would appear from your description that the software does not know where to put the processed files. Go to the Organise Tool (I'm assuming Mac here - correct me if I'm wrong) and if I am right the Process Folder type will be red, not black. You need to assign a folder as the Process Folder and then it will work.
The best trick is to create the session before you start. That way everything is automatically where it should be and where you can easily find things.
    Hope this helps.

    Hi again,

Yes I have a mac and I´m still unable of making phase one work. My folder are all in black and I still get the window, there is not exit folder. I tried, I tried and nothing happens. This is very fustrating, the program may be terrific but the instalation is, at least for me, quite complicated.

Since I paid big money for this, I´ll try to install it again.

    Thanks.

    - Create NEW Session and load only RAW image files into Capture folder
    - Be sure Enable Queue is checked at the Batch Tool
    - Be sure a process Destination is selected at the Process Tool
    - Select a Thumbnail and hit Process button
    - View the process queue at Batch Tool and see if file arrived
    - Yellow Dot = pending processing Green Dot = done processing

If processing still fails, submit a Support Case with details and or screenshots attached on process settings.
