Shortcuts don't work using CTRL keys
I am using the CTRL key with letters for my shortcuts.
There are a lot of keys that just don't work using the CTRL key though. When I use the two keys (CTRL and letter) the ctrl key changes the letter from a normal letter to a letter with a acute sign so all the shortcuts with those letters don't work as shortcuts at all.
When using the ctrl key and a letter that doesn't have an acute above it works.
I want to be able to use any letter with a ctrl key for my shortcuts. Surely this should be the norm.

I suggest you create a support case for this so you can address the issue directly to Phase One support staff. I or any user on the forum can reproduce this but that does not help you much. 0
