6.3.2 Freezes on display of Rotated Jpegs
My sessions freeze up when they contain jpegs rotated in Media One. I have seen this twice now, the images appear distorted on the screen in browser view and any selected image displays only in a non-rotated square portion of the selected image -- then the whole program freezes and I have to abort with W Task Manager.
I have deleted to col50 files in the session folders but the problem repeats and again crashes.
If I avoid these images (and their sessions) altogether, C1 continues to work fine.
So why are the rotated jpegs causing this problem?
I thought Media Pro and C1 were more or less integrated.
thanks for any advice.

... it sounds like the Graphic Card and OpenCL option are causing this issue. I would suggest you turn the OpenCL option to "Never" in the software preferences and restart the system. Once done, try to access the same image and see if the error reoccurs. If so, create a support case and get us some details.0
