CO4 - processing stalls.
Trying out CO4.8.3 pro for the first time but I can't get it to process. All seems fine but when I click the process button the images get stuck in the queue and nothing else happens. What am I doing wrong?

First check: there is a start/stop button on the batch queue. Check its state. 0 -
Thanks Paul,
Yes there is a start/stop button in the batch queue but when I click start still nothing happens.
I've tried deleting the batch queue folder from the capture one/application support folder as well as the preferences file and re-starting (as advised elsewhere) but still no luck. Any ideas?0 -
I have experience a similar queue jam, when committing a batch to process, then making an edit to the current/another recipe, then committing a second batch to process. I think I solved it by creating a fresh session and re importing the raws. Might be worth junking the side car files too depending if that works or not. 0 -
Have you cleared the batch history already? Might help in such circumstances. 0 -
Thanks Paul, yes I have but no change, i'm afraid.
I read in an earlier post that it's sometimes possible to open C14 in new user account and get it to run - just tried this and it works!
I'll run the trial like this for now I guess, and try to figure out a proper solution later.
Thanks again for your suggestions.
