Can’t process seems like queue is stuck
Using capture one 12.1.4.24 Mac OS 10.14.6
I’ve deleted everything thing in the queue including all history, I’ve rebooted my computer a couple of times I’ve double checked the output folder. But I still can’t get capture one to process a .arw file out to a tiff. The indicator just keeps going round and round over a half an hour. Trying to process a single raw. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem?

Is this with a Process Recipe, or is it using the Export dialog box? Does it work with other file formats, for instance processing out to a JPG? What is the location to which you are trying to save the TIFF - does it work to a different location?

🤭 So I deleted the process receipt I had been using for the past year and created a new one and that was the answer. Thank you, I should of thought of that.

Not a software expert but this seems to be a recurring problem. While I agree it very well may be user error, I don't know what I'm doing to corrupt the Receipt. Just thought you could use the input to know this is a recurring problem 0
