C1 5 and white blance
I used C1 pro 5 tethered with my P45+ and with a client present, for the first time this week. For one thing when each image comes in the thumbnail comes in blue first before the color balance is applied. 3.7 did not do this, I don't know if this is normal but it confused my client.
Then after shooting about 4 hours, the white balance stopped working, the image appeared somewhat magenta. when I tried to either select flash or daylight nothing changed, I tried to use the color picker it also did not change, it was stuck somehow. I went ahead and went back to using 3.7 to finish the shoot. Later when I had time, I created a new session in C1 5 and it worked more normally. the thumbnails still started out blue but the white balance tool worked again. Any body else have this happen?

When choosing you white balance you need to click the "Set" button to upload that WB to the back. Then the images will come in the correct color from the start... This is the same as clicking the camera icon in C1 3.7 after choosing the WB. What you were doing was just having the new WB copied from one image to the next when it was imported.
Regarding the magenta image, I cannot comment without seeing a Raw file. Please create a support case and I'm sure we can sort it out.0 -
I see, I was looking in the white balance panel and not the camera panel for that button. 0
