Capture One and tethered shooting with Sony
C1 doesn't support tethered shooting with Sony cameras, but if I open the proprietary remote control program and choose to save in a specific folder that is open in C1, the new pictures appear istantly in the list.
The only "issue" is that new pictures aren't displayed in the main editing window, so to see them enlarged it's necessary to select them.
Maybe it's possible to add a "automatically select new added pictures" option or something like that.

Is possible. Experiment with options in the Camera menu of CO 4.x: Hot Folder Enabled and Auto Select New Capture. 0 -
