How can I get my icc profile to carry from shot to shot?

When shooting tethered in 3.x you could do this, but as I gather from the 4.x manual you have to apply it to a batch or to each capture as you do it.
Perhaps I'm missing something. Anyone know?

  Yes, learn to like the default ;--) Seriously I do that now sometimes, just let it run. A slippery slope I know, next thing you know I'll be shipping raws.

  Set the profile on first image, next on Capture tool tab, Next Capture Adjustments: ICC Profile = Copy from Last

  Has this been fixed then? That's great. There was an earlier bug where some profiles weren't being forwarded with the adjustments.
