viewing ratings

hi all, I'm new to CO4 and just finding my way around at the moment.

Is there a way to view ,say, just the Rating 1 images? - I can sort by rating and list them in order but want to know if you can filter out all other images.

Also, How can I tell how many 'rating 1' (or which ever) images there are?

  Edit menu, Select by Rating.
  After selecting, the status bar of the browser will show 'X out of Y images selected'.

  Thanks Paul - still not quite what I'm after tho, as once selected all of the images are in the viewer. What I'd really like is for just the rates pics to be in the thumbnail browser.
  
  I guess like in Bridge - you can filter out all of the thumbs, keeping just the rating you want to look at.
  
  Just noticed that if I put the browser at the bottom of the page I can see how many pics there are using the method of selecting pics that Paul outlined, so that's ok. - would still be nice to see in the tool palette or somewhere, how many of each rating there are.
