Canon 5D Connection Failed in Capture One Pro
Hi
After the usual updates of OSX from 10.4.9 to 10.4.10 , I cant connect my 5D camera to capture one software. It struck at connecting to camera mode.
In addition, I have tried to delete the capture one software & reinstall w the download version version3.7.7 for Mac Book Pro (Intel) system. The software crashes as well
How can I solve these problems asap?
Looking forward to your reply.

Soon Tong,
Always best to log a Support Case for technical support.
Technical Support Site: http://support.phaseone.com
System is monitored 18 + hours / day M-F and Case will not be closed unless resolved.
Search Knowledge Base articles for 5D:

*for Crash Try this:
– corrupted file in Batch queue
• Quit C1.
• Open the Home Account folder located in the Users folder. Then navigate to Library/Application Support/Phase One.
• The folder is called Batch Queue. Open up the folder and move all the files you find inside to Trash folder.
• Restart Capture One.
• If this fails, go back and move entire Folder into Trash
• Restart Capture One

Soon,
We know that it works and does so quite well.
The best troubleshooting step to do is attempt to establish Tether with the Canon program.
If OS and Canon cannot communicate, then either can Capture One PRO.

Hi KC
We manage to get it working again by re-installing the OSX ..
