Import only new pictures from a folder

Hi,
I come from Aperture... 🙄
There you can find a function only to import new pictures from a folder, if you had imported from this folder in the past. I can't find something like that in Capture One 8.3.1.
Is that right or haven't I found the right place?
Any help is welcome!!!

  There is a Synchronize Folder feature in the File menu. You might want to take a look at it.
