Dual Boot C1LE

I am using a dual boot setup on my single PC with XP MCE and Vista Home premium.

I can use C1 on the XP boot, but, it come up as a trial version on the Vista side.

Using my activation key does not help to get it going. And, why does this have only four boxes when the key has more figure in it?

Any help will be appreciated.
